Teaching was being practiced in the Philippines long time ago. For a teacher, learning and sharing is a never-ending cycle. We proudly value teachers, not only because they are our second parents but also they contribute to students who will be the future hope of the society.
Like Mr. Norris Amora, one of the instructors of STI, he was inspired by his past teachers that made him as one. Sharing his knowledge to students is one of the reasons picking teaching as his career.
Mr. Amora, works part-time until reached full-time as an instructor in STI College Calamba since 2013, after graduating as a computer science major in STI San Pablo. Sir Amora in his 20s, he learned to adapt in the environment particularly when his students were older than him. "My mind got fully matured when I took this career because I have students who are older than me, so as their teacher I have to act professionally, to be confident, to be their model." Pertaining to his target goal he aspires to be in the Head Department on education or even to become a successful programmer.
To all my students, I want you to grow and expand your knowledge, don't stick to what I've only taught you. Learning would not only be found in school, learning is also being taught outside, you need to be consistent in learning. From now on train yourself to be confident, for when you explore outside you are ready to present yourself, a message from Mr. Norris Amora.
